Our team works to enhance the inherent sustainability of hire at every stage of our products’ lifecycle. Whether it's choosing the right linen, maintaining the integrity of our products or repurposing worn out fabrics.
Social responsibility is one of the pillars of Airlinen. Our buyers work tirelessly to procure responsibly produced consumables that can be easily repurposed or recycled. Our employees have opportunities to progress upwards in a healthy work environment. And our fleet is optimised to be as green as possible.

Our short let solutions model allows our partners to benefit from our products without purchasing them. By maintaining the products we rent out, and choosing fabrics that are designed to last, our model comes with circularity ingrained. This circular approach maximises the use phase of the products we offer, encouraging economic growth whilst minimising environmental impact.
We carry a wide range of vegan cruelty-free natural cleaning products and eco-friendly consumables such as cart on water and bazoo toilet roll. We are always on the lookout for sustainable alternatives whilst maintaining the quality of the products we offer. We ensure our linen is 100% cotton and we are working toward sourcing all our linen from fairtrade farmers. We use all natural, robust, organic fibres and work with launderers to minimise water wastage

As our products reach the end of their lifecycle we
work to minimise waste to landfill by working with our
partners to repurpose as much of our damaged linen as we can; reusing our packaging and recycling as much as possible.
Implementing social
responsibility throughout Airlinen
All of our bed pack bags are made from recycled plastic
pellets and contain biodegrading additives to break down the bags should they ever find themselves in landfill. We also encourage the return of our plastic bags during collection which are then recycled through our recycling partner Biffa.
We care about the wellbeing and development of all our employees, looking inward to fill vacancies. We foster young talent by providing extensive training and one on one support. All our employees benefit from comprehensive protection and we understand that an inclusive hiring policy leads to a well-rounded workforce.
Our whole fleet is ULEZ compliant with the majority of our vehicles being hybrid. We aim to continue rolling out hybrid vehicles whilst exploring alternative delivery methods such as e-bikes, in an effort to reduce our emissions further. Our aim is
to reduce the number of miles we cover as a company through sustainable practices and ensuring our vehicles are never empty. our team works to
improve resource efficiency by maximising drop off volumes and collecting
at the same time, which means our vehicles are never empty.
All our drivers are trained and incentivised to minimise fuel consumption. We
use real time data and fleet management tools to maximise our fuel efficiency. GPS tracking systems allow us to provide up to date delivery reports to our clients without distracting our drivers. This leads to reduced accidents and a more focused work environment in our fleet.
